Refund policy

We want your experience with to be as perfect as possible. We understand that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier, we have a no-hassle 7 day return and exchange policy from the day of placing the order. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 7 days and we will give you a credit note for it. The item must be returned in its original condition. Below are few extra details to keep in mind, to make sure you get your credit note.

  • Cricket Bats must be returned completely unused and must have the plastic wrap on the handle and cannot have any ball marks or scrapes on the bumper guard and bat edges.
  • Shoes must be in brand new condition. You should use the same box your shoes were shipped in to return them.
  • Apparel items must be returned unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached.
  • Bags, Balls and Accessories must be returned unused and with their original package and labels. reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used and is not in its original packaging.

We strongly recommend that you use an insured and recorded delivery service for returns and retain your proof of sending, as we will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

Please contact our customer service personnel before going ahead with any return. They will guide you regarding the rules, applicability, process and logistics. Customers need to produce the original invoice and the items should be returned in their original packaging.


If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
